There's one currently up on ebay; I think it's thomasfunk who is the seller. Columbia issued a lot of picture sleeves that, I am guessing, were promo only. I have one for the Creatures' "Turn Out The Light."

Hehe, let's hope for good ol' Bob's sake that it was a promo only sleeve

Bob is also a polished ballad singer who is equally at home in posh nighclubs

The young Bob appears to have been a hot solo prospect and Columbia obviously had high hopes of a breakthrough. A few months ago I found some adverts for this 45 in a couple of Billboard mags from late '65/early '66. They're on my site.
