Tony Montone former member of Parkville, Md.'s Bobby J. & The Generations shared these great vintage photos of his awesome band and the 1965 pre-Generations combo Dave & The Twilights. i tried to get him to send me these in a bigger/high res. form but he couldn't figure how to change the resolution on his phone (yep, these are cellphone photos of photos, not scans; pretty damn fine quality considering)

Bobby J. & The Generations did "Lost In Time', imho easily the BEST and PUNKEST cut on the '66/'67 various artists Dome label l.p. 'Baltimore's Teen Beat A Go Go'.

First shot is Dave & The Twilights goofin off in Benedict, Md. (l-r) : Bobby J. Davis, Tony Montone, Norm, and Dave (last names now forgotten on the last two guys; this band was around for less than a year)



And the mostly beardo bunch below are Bobby J. & The Generations near the end of their existence in 1967 right after a performance at Ocean City, Md.'s Beach Club. (l-r) Bobby J. Davis, Tony Montone, Alan Klein, and Don Rogers

I took some advice from Chris of Garage Hangover and edited one of these shots using a resizing tool. The Dave & The Twilights one didnt look right when i tried to make it bigger (there was alotta extra distortion in it at the big size), but this one of Bobby J. & The Generations looks pretty awesome in a bigger size
