Changing Tides 45 on Surf

I got a 45 by the Changing Tides on Surf records from Valley Stream, NY. I see on Popsike that one was sold for $800+. It's a pretty good moody original, a bit repetitive though. I think it's a pretty rare record...not $800 worth though (I paid $9.99). How rare is it and is there something about this record or is it a case of big spenders wanting something that's not in every collection?

I did wonder why it sold big like that...it is rare, so for the completists its gonna be one to pay for. if you don't like then your best bet is to sell it and use the funds for something you do like!
