I'm pretty sure I own a stock copy. I can't get at it right now, but I'll photograph it when I can. The promo 7" isn't super rare--two copies have popped on eBay in the last month and neither went for more than 20 bucks.

It would be great if someone put a Dion and the Wanderers LP together, but I've never seen one, legit or otherwise. That is an under-appreciated era for Dion. The after-the-fact LP Columbia put out is slapdash.

I could really use a PS for Tomorrow Won't Bring The Rain/You Move Me. The same guy's had a BIN listing for 400 bucks going on 12 months, but *that* is a fantasy. Nevertheless: a pretty tough pull!

It is cool. I've got it and the Bronx Blues comp, too. Nevertheless, a more focused collection of his '65-'66 output would burnish his rep. I mean, he's recording in the same studio as Dylan, often sharing the same producer, and even has some session musician overlap.

The (possible) good news is that somewhere in the last year I remember hearing that a CD retrospective of everything recorded by Dion & The Wanderers was being planned for sometime in the future. I wish I knew more but I don't even remember where I heard it. But the bad news is that all of that material was recorded in stereo and (in my opinion) the stereo mix of "Two-Ton Feather" lacks the power and punch of the 45. But I too found the 45 either on Ebay or Gemm Music and didn't have to pay a whole lot for it.

I have a spare of this on a promo. VG. $18. The CD Frantic posted to is essential! Hope the rest of that Wanderers stuff becomes available at some point.
