Rockin' Orbits info is incorrect as posted on youtube, the single was pressed in late 1964.
I have them from Williamston, West Virginia.

WV has a Williamston and a Williamson, towns.

I just looked up the recording studio - Yolanda's and it was in Williamson or so the labels says, some other acts recorded there were mainly from South West WV = Williamson
North West WV is Williamston (Parkersburg area)

Actions on the Jeree label confirmed from Weirton, WV. Steubenville, Ohio had been surmised and supposedly confirmed, easy to understand why as the town is just across from Weirton and the Ohio river.
