Since Bob says this is the only known copy, I can confirm it exists and it's real. I had this briefly in my possession in the late 2000s and heard it. There are some slight differences in the mix to the mono release (I had a stock original to compare it with then and made some notes which may exist somewhere in my abode).
However, there was uncertainty as to the vintage of the acetate. It wasn't sure if this was from '67 or may have been done by Lelan Rogers in conjunction with the 70s IA represses. I had a discussion with Patrick the Lama on that (may still exist in my email folder).
Of course, a good chunk of what Bob rambled on about in his description does qualify it for this thread. It reads like he just cobbled together whatever random notes he could scrape off the internet to make him sound like he knew the Elevators and their music inside out.
Last, but certainly not least, his grading sucks (no surprise to those who know him). Something that's allegedly "VG++ TO EXCELLENT (just a notch below NEAR MINT)" wouldn't skip. This had skips on one song, maybe two.
