I am not sure if any if the people here intend to bid on any of these items, but they are all fraud.
The seller has used old Ebay photos and listings of some of the rarest possible items, and does not actually have the items available.
Be careful, the Rolling Stones Promotional item was my copy and was sold on my behalf last year by a friend, this seller used the same photos and the same description.
Also the fact that he is listed as based in Australia, but when you click on his feedback he is listed as Indonesia... nothing adds up, each photo is different, I reported to Ebay, but nothing has been done yet.

All his other items are not his, just look at the different pictures, background etc...
the usual type of fraud, build a 100% feedback based on buying and selling VERY CHEAP rubbish, and then go on the blow out, listing some of the rarest items on the planet....I reported to Ebay, but nothing has been done yet, I wonder how many people will get burned and for how much?

My thoughts as well, I have an original copy but only in VG- or slightly less condition and would not mind an upgrade, so when I saw an EX/EX+ condition I got excited but after looking at the photo realized this was NOT AN ORIGINAL !!!

I reported the seller as selling a fradulent item.
However, ebay wants their listing fees and any potential fees to be had upfront, so it is doubtful the auction will be terminated by them

Here is the generated e-mail response:

Listing Violations > Fraudulent listings (illegal seller demands, you didn't receive item, etc) > You suspect that a listing is fraudulent you didn't bid

Item Numbers(s):
180661830015

Message: The item IS a reissue currently available for $5. It is NOT an original pressing.

O.K., the seller has now replied to my question if this is an original item, here is his reply:
"Hi. purchased as an orignal to a well USA reputated seller and i pad good money. that's all i can say to be honest . I can not say the typical words like " i bought it drectly to a cousin of the lead guitar...bla bla.."

If i see people don't trust in it i will remove it and keep for myself
kind regards

Wow, what a really poor comeback. Too bad replies like that does not show up on the item listing itself automatically.

I also reported this to eBay as fraudulent. Here's part of their standard answer:

Because we're concerned about the privacy of all parties involved, we
won't be updating you about the status of our investigation. Even though
you'll receive only this acknowledgement of your report, please be
assured that we'll thoroughly investigate the situation.

Yes, I am sure they will check the files they have at hand for correctly identifying Rite pressings.:%:

I don't have any faith in the bay, they have not stopped the fake auctions from the first post (the guy was using old photos from some of my auctions).
The auctions ended for above $4000, and I can not even worn the buyer about the fact that the seller has NOT GOT THE ITEMS, because under the new way you can not even tell who won the item, very poor !!!

A few people need to actually call Ebay and tell customer service...They are actually very helpful if you talk to them live. And remember...the buyer always ends up winning on Ebay...In the end, the seller will always lose!!!
