G45 Ebay Watch

Mentioning them while I remember, don't know how many noticed:

141 - Brother L. Congregation - Bringing Me Down / Shes Gonna Lose That Boy (Kumquat #1)

2 copies. I saw who won the second & the seller mentioned he'd just auctioned off a first. $500something.

Also in april: The Cirkit on Unicorn without PS, $315 for a VG+(+)

some watches for the last 2 days

What's the going rate for the No Na Mees? Past auction prices are all over the place...

Yeah, I thought that price was awfully low. Man, I gotta get that Stockton/Modesto cd out one of these days. I have a couple of killer (better than the 45) unreleased songs by them and a killer 8x10 glossy that might be the cover of the cd.

I was surprised I won it. My bid was a quite a bit higher and I thought it wouldn't be enough. Got that Breakers 45 as well. Not sure of it's value, but it's a great Sonics-esque tune. They gotta be from the North West...

As for The Benders getting ready to end, the reserve is $1400. I found this out after putting one too many digits on my bid.
Does the Count ever actually sell anything? He did try to scold me for not replying to one of his ridiculous offers once. I apologized for being rude and asked him to do the same since his offer was far more obscene...

He sells quite a bit. What I'm amazed at is that he doesn't have a lot of negative feedback over his grading, or his totally off-base descriptions.
The best record I ever got from him was the unidentified crude garage acetate Billy Miller used for his unknown acetates series. Moses had it labeled on the sleeve as heavy fuzz psych.

Tim Warren's comments on the Bends on BFTG 7 are among my favorite liner notes of all time.

i was the second in the auction, and i receive an email this morning, he said that is a 1500$ record and if i want it he accept 1200$.

What's an actual price for The Products Of The Morticians? I really dig it but I'm hesitant to drop big bucks on it...

And in the midst of all these everyday records (cough), a really rare one appeared. The Nomads Four disc has been discussed both on the old Kopper forum and on prior versions of the g45 forum (a Canada 45 for those who did not know). But I've never actually seen one up for sale until now. Good to know I would not have had a chance if I'd bid. May more appear!
