2. A VG+ copy of Florian Monday & his Mondos - Rip It, Rip It Up/Lovin' on Realm sold for $455.
3. A VG copy of Danny Goode & the Excels - Let's Dance/Walking the Dog on Gibson sold for $768.
4. A VG copy of The Outspoken Blues - Not Right Now/Misty Your A Better Man Than I on Orlyn sold for $2,025.
5. A VG copy of The What Fours - Basement Walls/Eight Shades of Brown on Fleetwood sold for $788.
6. A M- copy of Three From Three - That's What I Say/Sad Lovers (Live Today) on Champ sold for $272.

That 45 was always $100-150 even into the early 2000 years. It's not a rare 45, maybe much harder to find now but most collectors already have it.

Now a M- with the picture sleeve might make that price. Using the G45 Ratings and Values Calculator G with a sleeve is calculated to $36 so with no sleeve lets say 2 bucks?
