I have not had any problems with the G45 site, either browsing or posting comments, or any other feature I've tried. I'm using IE on Win7.

It's a Firefox update issue and nothing else. Hopefully it will be resolved with the next update.

Yep... this is a problem with the latest Mozilla update. I started a thread a few weeks back... I'm not downloading any more browsers on this dinosaur of a machine (already IE, Safari, and Firefox) so I'll just deal with the Reply-Reply-Edit workaround. It's a pain, but like being born extremely good looking it's something you just have to learn to live with.
Having the exact same problem. A firefox update should resolve this, no need to change the forum.

There is a brand spankin' new Firefox update (as of 2/1/2012) which seems to have fixed the glitch so many of us were having. Good to be able to post with ease again...

... not that I have much to say.

But still...

... just saying.

Does anyone else have this problem - happens to me about once a week. I start in the section "New Threads" & for any that interest me I click on the little arrow 'go to first unread message'. Using command click on the Mac opens them as new tabs in Firefox. That works most of the time but sometimes I get an error message that I am trying to download an index. Invariably when this is happening the forum is also extremely slow.

Quite rarely, but there's been an occasion or two when I will receive a page error. I seldom post. It's not because I don't want to, but there's little knowledge that I can contribute that someone else does not know more of.
