Hoping to identify a 45 I owned over 40 years ago

It's my guess that this 45 came out around 1967. It was in 1971 that I got this record by trading some 45's with an older neighborhood kid. Although not 'garage' it was unique enough that someone here may know the title.

For starters, this was a one-sided single.
Secondly, the theme of the 45 was a promotion. Going on a memory of about 40 years ago, I recall something like possibly a carnie being the MC ie; Hurry hurry step right up .............. and as the record continues, (again going on a foggy memory) the listener is given the impression of the announcer opening up a tent and once opened, we hear a sample of some particular group, The tent closes and the listener is guided to another tent. It opens and we hear a sample of some other group... and so on.

If anyone can identify the title I'd really appreciate this.

Thanks

I'm not sure if there's rule for bumping a posting here or not. Since five years have passed (which means that a lot of us have since come across 'new' discoveries) I'm wondering if my above description might sound familiar? The main thing I remember is the one-sided 45 giving the impression of a carnie type at a side-show circus, but with each tent that was opened, we heard a sample of different group. My guess is that this was a promotion 45 to showcase different bands on this label.
