#1 is, as noted already, is the Page Boys doing an unreleased version of "All I Want." So I don't know how to tally songs that we identified, but haven't heard. I give it a 5.
#2 I've heard, and I think I'm actually the source of this (?). There should be a legit reissue of this in the near future, I hope. The group is known to garage collectors and had a '66 single.
#3 is unheard by me. I give it a 6.

The group actually had several singles that are known to collectors, but for some reason this (potentially their strongest single if they'd worked on it some more and added a guitar break) was not released.

Yes there will be sufficient time to make sure that each submitted track has at least 8 ratings minimum (preferably 10 or more).
