Just a handful I'm sure. I found another one years ago but it was kinda hacked. It's been a good week for hunting. One of my favorite Ikon tracks! Cool! How many known copies out there? Dead cool pic of the Orphan Egg, too!
So a guy calls me today and he has 7 boxes of Lps for me to check out. I go over there and he says "My uncle was the drummer in a band who recorded in the 60s called THE FATIGUES". He says he has the original drum set, he goes in and brings this out. The original FATIGUES on Stanco drum head. I did a bit of clean up on it.I'm with Westex on Rooftops. I get this Lord My Cell Is Cold-vibe from it, even tho it is a shame not to grant it its own sovereign praise, just letting it stand for itself.
I would rate it a lot higher, a lot. In its way it is a total epic. I'd take it over You're Gonna Miss Me any ol' day.
Probably one of the best songs I've heard so far this year. When & where can I buy it? Cause I needs it. NOW!
edit:
beats the shit out of I'm Defeated too!
I got mine for $7Has this been released anywhere? Would have been cool to hear. 90 minutes, that sounds pretty unique
In the grand scheme of things, if Denise can be sold for around 10K first time around, the above is not really that far fetched. Considering who they were, it almost passes for cheap :)

If it is the band never told me. The U.F.T.G. CARETAKERS were from Lincoln, Ca. about 400 miles from L.A.Nice!
Hey Joey, do you know if this acetate has any relation to the Up From The Grave group or the Eastside story gang?
