I recently got a LP acetate by Johnathans Experience(s) off ebay. It includes the same recording of "I'm Gonna Make It" on the MGM 45, and the song "Tell Her" that was on a 7" acetate discussed by Rich Strauss in the forum section on finds awhile back. The rest of the LP is mostly covers, another original or two. The labels look vintage (they are custom labels on a 12" acetate), just plain labels with song titles and "J.E." on both sides.
I don't know if there is any info about the band and story behind these recordings and the "Renaissance Picnic" acetate. Overall, it's more in the 'artifact' category than anything I need to hear (other than the two songs I mentioned, one of which is easily available on a 45).
