Kearney Barton tapes / Northwest Killers

Maybe someone here knows - were all the tracks on the Norton series 'Northwest Killers' taken from Kearney Barton's master tapes, or were some from vinyl sources?

I'm thinking being billed as "from the vaults" means a fair amount would be, and the unissued tracks... but maybe if something important that had to be included wasn't around on tape?
