Considering postage, about $400 cheaper on discogs than ebay---apparently from same dealer. Both ads say youtube listing came directly from record for sale.

The copy on Discogs is graded VG and Ebay copy is graded NM. Does he have 2 copies? Looks like the same seller.

That is the same seller and they're definitely two different copies. The YT vids are different. The Discogs one is from 2016 , and I hear distinctive pops at the beginning of The World Still Turns. Also, the labels have ring wear, while the eBay YT vid (from 2017) has clean labels (and no pops at beginning).
