Along side the classics such as "television addict" I see that this new LP has some unreleased tracks. Anybody heard it yet?

possibly not the right forum for that, greg, though I sure would like an original copy of "tv addict" (bosshoss probably has it from "wayback"), what a great oz-punk-blaster that is. who put that LP out? couldnt find it with a quick search...

I may have held onto the odd piece or two...

What? No Colored Balls?

Makes me realize how very little Australian music I own. Just that BOB double + Slave girl. Shame on me.

Great pic of Oz records. I've got a lot of those shown and it's the swag I was buying in the mid 80s when there was a surge of contemporary bands worth following. They weren't exactly falling off the trees in the UK either. I had to get them on import or an annual record buying trip to London (Vinyl Solution)......pesky pre-internet days.

That is an impressive lot of goodies Mark! Yeah, I know it's not the forum Greg, but I don't want to talk about this stuff with 15 year olds on a punk website.
If we can talk about sludgy heavy rock from the mid seventies surely there's room this. Especially as most of us like it and own some of it. And no shortage of responses. I have an original "TV addict". Australian punk is mu favorite outside the US. So, I'm really curious about the unreleased stuff.

the victims LP is ESSENTIAL. the demo stuff may not be as godhead as "television addict" but it's not far off. really solid songwriting and good recording quality. for my money, the victims are the best 70's punk band, hands-down. plus, if you don't already have the "all loud on the western front" LP you NEED "perth is a culture shock" on vinyl. this is probably my top archival release of the year. can't say enough good things about it!

That's all the nudging I need! Will buy it ASAP.

It's original. I never keep reissues or photocopies next to originals, they are banished to a very cold and windy corner of the bunker.

Hard to imagine, but I must've sold my Razar 7". I just went to look for it, but the records jumped from The Randoms right to The Reactors. Maybe I sold it because the sleeve was a photocopy? Isn't that one of those punk 45's where the sleeve is at least 10x as hard-to-find as the already hard-to-find record?

I saw Razar play at the Grand hotel in Sydney, probably around 1979. They were probably giving them away then.

Killer record collection.... just wondering??? have you guys with monsterous 45 collections insured??? or if the worst was to happen know someone who you can entrust the records too??

grim question I know, but I am curious???
