I grew up in a town almost immediately;y Southwest from Mt. Prospect. I didn't realize the Shandells were from there.

I found a third article with a better version of the b&w group photo. Didn't realize they hadn't been covered in any detail before - definitely a candidate for garage hangover! "Caroline" is tops.
