Song ID Help

Can anybody identify the group/artist performing the song that starts at the 1:30 mark? They’re/he is introduced as the Great Milano, and later referred to as the Black Leather Group, and then the Bat Group? No idea how to follow where the host is going with all this. It’s hard to follow without visuals. It could be a well known song but I’m not familiar with it.
