Winner is, hands down, Plastic Menagerie and their Tryin' To Come Back.
There were SIX of them and they managed to create a real good budget Wall Of Sound
out there in the woods. A solid NINE.

Oh, and I actually found out they were called "Three From There". Could be noted in the update.
They were three chaps from Pulaski County High School: Mike, Danny and Jimmy.

Bill Kelly requested that I bring along 'unknown to most' 45s for the show. My only other WFMU guest slot with Bill was back in August, 1995 right after Jerry Garcia's death.

A shame that the management of WFMU gave him the boot last year after decades of Sunday afternoon shows.

Bill is now a part of Saturday nights on the Underground Garage channel
