SWEDEN - The G45 Treatment

Got a descent amount of Bildjournalen (80% complete 1964-1969 - 52 mags/year), Idolnytt (the greatest picture mag ever), Love and some more that I am willing to let go. It's a goldmine for anyone interested in digging deeper into Swedish Freakbeat and Pop and the 60's in general.
Anyone interested?

Probably the greatest band of the era in Sweden, their later Psych gem "These Wonderful Evils" should hit the roof, once that community discovers the rarity of this masterpiece. Real Cool Band!

It hit the roof a while ago. Artistically in 67 - financially when a comp was named after it 10+ yrs ago. From recent experience: It's not come down since.

Yeah I know, but not within' the high end psych community - yet.
But I've told Isse several times that he destroyed the brand name "Evils" or (who will buy) These Wonderful Evils by releasing that awkward comp :D

:yup: You're probably correct - Have a copy of Il Mucchio (Italian prog) and Open Mind's original album waiting for the right Dude - but they been there for 25 years, so I can wait a little longer. Will contribute with more thread related material later this week.

Maybe the top 300 45s in total including those already mentioned (roughly 250), covering 1964-1967 garage and teenbeat in depth, and the cream of 68-70 psych and popsike. So, the top 50 that have not yet been mentioned would be great.
Also some of my initial listing may not be the best, but they are what I have. A few should probably be dropped in favour of superior sides.

Just need to comment on this - "Ett skrik i vildmarken !!!" translates " A Scream In The Wildwood !!!" who puts that on a 45 from Nynäshamn, Sweden in 1965 ?!?!?!?!? Apart from that, this gem is also the first ever release on the classic Dollar label. Proud of my crisp Mint copy

You missed this little gem - comped (Pebbles #20) but highly underrated - rougher and edgier than Yardbirds!
