Yesterday a EX copy of this record ended in 483$.

In my ignorance of course, I tought It was a very good price for that kind of record.

Apparently I was totally wrong, and 483$ for an EX copy its very expensive.

The only information I can see on popsike is not enough, to be honest is a record that one day I want to have and if you can give me examples to see more or less what do you guys think a normal price should be, I think only looking on popsike will be never enough for ignorants like me to have an idea.
Thank you for your help.

I goofed, the A factor should have been 4 not 3. The label was not a major regional outfit to my knowledge and therefore should have a minor regional or custom label rating of 4.
Here is the new m- pricing, which is not significantly different anyway.

$505 in m- condition, $404 in vg+.

So, if ex is considered halfway between m- and vg+, then The Oracle thinks the eBay copy should have been worth $454.

EX, to me, is really a clean VG+, so the ebay price is a good deal, IMO. The 45 is rare to find in M- shape. Undervalued. I sold two nice VG+ copies in the past for north of $500 each.
Whomever thinks it is expensive, and thinks one will come along for a much lower price is a fool.
