I thought they would do the S.F. Sorrow stuff fairly well. They did it better than expected. But the real surprise was the early British r & b stuff. Amazing! The real thing! Very tight, fast and powerful. Rosalyn is/was pure punk rock! Totally uncompromising.
The highlight though was just Dick Taylor on acoustic slide guitar and Phil May singing. Dick Taylor's blues guitar is outstanding. Not the sound of '66. But great to be able to hear it NOW!
