Unknown Belvedere 1001 45

Hi there,
9 or more months ago I saw this record on eBay, couldn't find any infos, the record was sold for more or less $100(I've forgot how much exactly)
I can't get this record out of my mind and I hope anyone can help, or anyone has it for sale?

Details:

Label was Maroon colored with BELVEDERE logo, no band name, only "1001" and title... which I've forgot, I guess it was a private press from the NY to Virginia area, it sounds like from '66 or '67.

I was contacted at 60sgaragebands.com by a guy who found this same record in the wild. He even tracked down the band. They're from Georgia. I have more info from him but the details are on a different computer.
