I just noticed that whereas America's "D" Men put out a song called Just Don't Care (March '65), Australia's D-Men released a song called You Just Don't Care (May '64). They are different bands and songs, but whereas both have a pop sound to them, the American one is pre-invasion style, whereas the Australian one is Beatlesque.

That's pretty useless. Here's my useless one from Australia which I may have pointed out years ago on another forum.
All mid '60s garage songs. I think they are mostly different songs, but I have not heard the Newcastle band.

Toni McCann & Blue Jays -"No"
Gemini Five - "No, No, No"
Tony Barber - "No, No, No"
Crispian St. Peters - "No, No, No"
Chimney Sweeps - "No, No, No, No"
Richard Wright Group - "No, No, No, No"
Unknown Newcastle band - "No, No, No, No"
Marty Rhone - "No, No, No, No, No"

Marty Rhone is the winner.

I could find no evidence of a double-no coming from any country. I don't think the human psyche is linguistically programmed for an isolated duality. It's okay though, if you reduplicate it, as in no, no, no, no (which is pronounced in sets of two).* Aside from that, Australia wins the global no's war hands down.

* This rule might only apply to lyrics, as I can easily imagine a hastily uttered "no, no" in spoken English, spoken either as an urgent or emphatic restraint / denial.
