'50s rockers trying to sound hip - probably why they're not mentioned in TBM
I agree with the ‘50s rockers tag, but the Mondays I believe qualities for a ranking.'50s rockers trying to sound hip - probably why they're not mentioned in TBM
Not a fan of any of them. The Mondays is more bubblegum than garage.'50s rockers trying to sound hip - probably why they're not mentioned in TBM
It’s from the Ted Mack Amateur Hour. That show had several great garage groups on it, including the Hedds, Knightwalkers, Odds and Ends, and the Go-Nuts.From one of those local TV shows you so often read about. Apologies of it's been posted before. This track has just been issued on a 45.
I don’t recall what I rated it, but listening to it now I agree. 3 tops.Quite a generous rating!
I disagree too!3:48 - "Nah, we stunk pretty bad on that one.."
(I disagree)
The song is “Cheryl’s Going Home’ by John Otway or Bob Lind depending on the source.I disagree too!
What is the name of the band starring the guitarist/singer with Buddy Holly-like glasses?
Is the song they play at 3:56 a cover?
Thanks! I found the band is The Hairy Things (the singer is called Steve). They're doing a boss version here!!The song is “Cheryl’s Going Home’ by John Otway or Bob Lind depending on the source.
