Not one for the BFTG purists but I really dig the sound of those bands a few years later trying to keep up with psychedelia. This is uncomped according to Garage Compilation Database.

This is mine and I hope to see it reissued soon, either on a comp or as a 45. The flip kills too -- Al's heard it & I'm sure he can vouch!
Why don't people want to do digital (re)issues? I can understand the need to collect '60s vinyl, but new vinyl? 🤔 Especially, when these vinyl (re)issues are not done properly; ie, via an entirely analogue process!

Never said no digital. I don't collect reissues/modern pressings either (for the same reasons you put forth) but lots of people do & there's nothing wrong with that.

Yes, a choice of formats is ideal. Some (re)issuers are likely concerned about the ease of copying digital formats, but I doubt in practice that will make much difference. People who like to have vinyl won't be deterred by the possibility of stealing a digital copy; and those who only want digital largely will purchase it. Trying to force formats, etc on people is fundamentally wrong, and provides a big motivation for bootlegging / stealing. For example, despite a digital album being a purely notional concept, digital music retailers will sometimes try to force customers to buy an album just to get one track; other times they try to enforce geopolitical discrimination over the internet. That sort of thing pushes customers into "bootlegs".

Not on Youtube, but want the poop on Skoop Records? Santa Claus, Indiana was host to Ray Scrivener's family of labels including Showboat - here's a history lesson from WFYI:
