The label says Yes You Dig, but I believe that's a typo. The BMI Songview site lists it as Yes You Did:

One copy sold recently, I'd never seen one before

Where did you see that the clip is from Shindig? Shindig was filmed in a studio. I don’t believe this clip is from that show.

Shindig was mostly shot in black and white - ABC didn't go whole hog with color broadcasting until '67; they had a couple shows like The Flinstones, Beany and Cecil and Top Cat before then, by '66 they were partway there with color shows like Batman, The FBI and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. A little digging revealed that there were 7 Shindig episodes in color - 2 of those were:
12/4/65 - Shindig! Goes to London, Pt. 1
12/9/65 - Shindig! Goes to London, Pt. 2
