Zero: the most beauoootiful of them all

Another murderous 2-headed slayer with a mind-blowingly cool label is (as you all know, and I prefer She's The One) the Spec's on Flambeau:

I FIXED THE PINK!

It's completely Firefox's fault.
Here's how to fix it....

In the URL (address) bar of Firefox, type in :

about:config

You will get a warning not to continue. Keep going.
Scroll down the long list, and locate the following system variable :

gfx.color_management.mode

It should be currently set to "2"
Double click on the "2" and change it to "0"

Restart Firefox.
Fixed!

Shouldn't you be able to save the file and check it in some image-shower in your CPU? (that was a crappy-ass sentence english-wise but i am tired..)

Although that's of course not true here's a lysergic and echo-laden hybrid of the two:

Arrrgg - thought I knew my S3 pretty well (hey, even took part in the contest to win Sonic Boom's bloody moccasins (!) their fan-club zine hosted in 1988) but didnt get the "Forged Prescription" 2xCD with this tune (nor the smelly shoe). Totally flashed by this. They were the greatest brit-band for a couple of year.

no no no not these lot, here...! They hated garage punk, laughed at it, it was stupid to them, they preferred some psych and stooges, VU, MC5.

They'd sit and snigger at The Nomads and 60's punk it made their smacked out drooling uncomfortable.

Listened to this and it is all Jason (as usual) with Pete propped up in the studio, tunelessly and soullessly muttering We Sell Soul probably forgot his lyrics a few times too.

I wrote way more but my computer crashed.... No No No....

It does sound like a couple of junkies noodling away.

That's just what S3 has been all about.

They were no garag-punks and spoke badly of the genre, right. But their musical ineptness was only slightly above the Shaggs' while they had their own sound. That's something I admire regardless of style.

I could make a tattoo of this cat!
I still haven't decided if I love or am indifferent to the songs, though. It could be a 5 or a 10 on the garage-o-meter for me.

I tried to find some info on Black Cat on 45cat and came up with zilch info. Anybody knows if they released anything else, except for The Mystics (whose 45 looks better than the Rats)

While not ultimate slashers, these are some of my favorite labels.

Steve Crosno was a funny guy, his label mocking the decca logo. Another tattoable logo?....

I think the Rats is one of the best. The "Louie Louie" style chords are unconventional (2nd and 3rd triads are both sevenths), but they work in a deranged way. The lyrics are very cool. About a pack of teen thugs swearing violent revenge on a kid because their "leader" was made to "look like a fool".
Also when the bassplayer stuffs up his solo spot, the singer says "you play with your feet!", and they keep playing. How cool is that? 8 out of 10 just for that.

No-one knows what the story is. I bought it on eBay a few years ago. It's a one-of-a-kind acetate with "I" on one side, and a completely unknown cool jangler on the other side called "I Cannot Cry". It's unclear whether this is an original '60s acetate, or if it was made at a later date. In any case, it's the only existing source of "I Cannot Cry".

Did Sundazed use the master tapes for the Psychedelic Microdots release? An i spose that I Cannot Cry remains unreleased?
