An update on the flips - I'm trying hard to find rips to all. That might not be possible but I'm hoping for one more loser volume, one ass-ripping volume and one stinky 'Back TO the Grave' volume.

I am also thinking of redoing the artwork and name it Buried Alive instead not to making this homage too much of a rip-off. Whaddya think?

I'll fix it tonite. Another sad mistake is the Werps track. That is the wrong flip, it should be Voodoo Doll instead.
So consider this a skeleton sketch before I can make a better selection of songs and better looking artwork.

The rips so far comes mostly from Gyro and PM, I think...

Out of that whole list, these are the only two that I haven't heard yet. Someone once told me that The Intruders Five flip is a bad ballad, (what a surprise).

Also, quick edit, The Vestells should read: "The Vestells - Please Walk Away (Bojo)". That's the flip to "Won't You Tell Me?".

I am getting sooo tired in the head doing this but it is good practice for my shot-down concentrating-skills!

Here's the second part, still haven't finished proofreading, adding labels and founding rips and such.
The more I do this, the more I feel like making a proper legit vinyl comp with the best tracks. It would truely be a dream-come-true for me since I'm a rabid fan of comps and romanticizing and mythologizing them.
Plus I'm sure I could find 16 cool tracks.

Even if they are already available on other LPs/CDs, they are for the most part illegit and/or OOP.

There could be 3.
Jim says he has one, which has been backed up by at least one collector who has seen it. But when I asked Jim for a label scan, he could not produce one. I still think he has a copy.
Tony the Tyger has one, according to some people I have asked. But apparently it is in real bad condition.
The third copy is whereabouts unknown. It's the copy that was used to make the cassette (yes it's true) that was used to make BFTG Vol 8.

It kind of occupies the same position that Denise did, before 3 or 4 copies surfaced. And before that, the Young Men "Go Away", before 3 copies turned up. That is, a great and legendary '60s garage 45 that was comped, is supposedly owned by someone, but can never be confirmed or shown to the public..:rolleyes:

They always show up in small quantity in the end. Every time. But this one is a stubborn one.

Just trying to get it right - the version on BFTG is the unreleased on, with Voodoo Doll as a flip, right?
