Can somebody check their copy of Mods on Cee Three?

I pulled out my copy the Mods - Days mind the time to play it and found that the vinyl surface of my copy is completely dull. Can somebody check theirs? I would like to know if it's normal or somehow storage related.

Sounds like the dull haze caused by storage inside a PVC polysleeve.
That, coupled with humidity, temperature changes, etc. cause the chemicals inside the PVC polysleeve to break down and interact with chemicals within the vinyl.
I have a couple 45s with this unfixable problem.
My copy of the Mods 45 is fine.

thanks Mike! I have several records with this problem as well, but this one's dullness is so uniform that made me question if it was like this from the beginning
