Chuck Koby acetate from PA

I aquired this acetate one year or two ago. Not the buried teenbeat gem I was hoping for but well...
Chuck Koby (real name Charles Kobielnik) released one garage/psych single in Pennsylvania on Malvern Records at an unknown date (as far as I know). Any more info on him?

My acetate version of "Lightness & Darkness" seems longer (3:05; the single version is timed 2:46) but as I've never heard the single, can someone confirm if it's the same take cut shorter or maybe a different version?
The acetate is backed with a fuzzy unreleased cover of "Johnny Be Good", while it was replaced on the single by "Sagebrush" that I believe is an instrumental but I never heard it either.
