What a fab find vinyl01! I've never seen that sleeve. Here's the '60s garage record it fits :
There are also other records on the label, but mainly soul 45s.

The Capreez is on the "Sound" label which is apparently the same label, or related to "S Sound". It's possible or probable that the "S" with underline is just a decoration. If that's true, then there are several garage records on the "Sound" label including the Ook-Piks. They would be a fit for your sleeve, but they are all very mediocre.
On the positive side, it would be very cheap for you to buy one on eBay or auction.

The Accent label sleeves are a personal fave: The thick paper quality matches the musical apex contained in the grooves.
However I'm surprised to see you still have many promos in your collection, Mark: Is it on your priority list to upgrade these with stock copies? (and where do I have to queue for your spares?)

I have a soft spot for green/black Mercury sleeves with white labels in them. And the Monacles sleeve is obviously not a company sleeve, but what the hell!

I just checked the 45-sleeve website and says that this sleeve was not used until record # 2092, so this does not correctly match. It does not show an earlier sleeve. However, it does look good though!
