I noticed we have some new faces here - or at least new to me. Let them try this game of brains!
So let's make this imaginary comp! Let's say you have a friend who shows a mild but fragile interest in garage punk (ok, Teen Beat!) You've been burnt before when trying to introduce this fantastic music to other friends in the past and you want to make the perfect comp!
What you need to do is to tread softly and that you don't add too many tracks that demands an "acquired taste".
And don't add too many song! Let's keep it at a cool 16 tracks. (Max 20!)
And don't say "well, just hand him/her Pebbles vol. 5!" or something like that. This is a game and an opportunity for you to use your imagination and show off your excellent taste! If you don't like the game then don't play!
