I only listen to pre-1976 (preferably pre-1969!) vinyl and styrene pressings these days. I can't stand digital in any format, even digitally mastered vinyl. The whole process leaves me cold.
I do think digitally mastered vinyl could theoretically be perfected, but no-one knows how to do it.

The Cuca and Night Owl 45s are incredible, consistently great. For many of them, originals are really hard to find and expensive. There's at least two I don't have, and when they occasionally come up my bids are never high enough.

Totally. Great sound.

Even so, it's cool Numero's offering an expanded picture of the Wanderer's Rest.

And I still need a copy of the Anytime, Anywhere 45--so fierce!

yeh, that Ace/Big Beat comp is the ultimate cheapo Wisconsin garage comp and probly has most of the contents of this d.l. stuff. I love Numero Group, but they're way off the mark offering this as download-only. Maybe they bought exclusive rights to put this stuff out and then for some other random reason now they just can't afford a physical release of it (?)

They weren't in the samples, so I assumed they were omitted from the compilation.
