Brings Gary Lewis & The Playboys to mind. It’s a bit lightweight, so I understand the rating although I’d bump it to a 5.

Hal Blaine and Leon Russell never projected this level of crude menace on their Gary Lewis sessions...lol

I came across this along time ago and forgot what a great instro it is but I've never been able to find anything about the band or the label. Right out of the gate it sounds like Link Wray's "Jack The Ripper".

Velvet Whip from Milwaukee, a Fugs/Mothers influenced band who shared the stage with the Baroques fairly often. They never released anything, this is live from 68
