company sleeves

NERD QUESTION.

Which of The Music Machine 45's came in the fancy 'Music Machine' sleeves?? was it all of them??

or were some in the standard 'Original Sound' sleeve??? I am determined to get my collection in chronological order.

The beauty of this...I almost shed an actual tear.

And the Era sleeve is stellar.

I think some of the biggest labels had a really great variety of sleeve designs. Less is more.

The only one I ever saw in the Music Machine photo die cut sleeve (it isn't a picture sleeve) was "Hey Joe" / "Wrong".

The Coral sleeve pictured is for yellow label promo 45s. The stock label Coral sleeve is green and white with Coral in black letters.
Ok, I will change it to the proper sleeve. Thanks. I think I have a promo too, so I'll put that one with it.

I'm confused about The 'Coral' sleeve.... would my Tony and The Bandits - I Can't Lose be in the blue/white sleeve or the yellow/black one??

by the way, my pressing of said 45 is KILLER, they must have burned the wax real deep on this 45??

EDIT... just seen Mike's reply above... my bad!!!

Prodigal should correctly be housed in the reddish orange Mercury sleeve, with the back of the sleeve showing advertisements for the phonograph record players. Those sleeves were first issued around Mercury #72615 or so, and ran until 1968, when the back of the sleeve duplicated the visual look of the front. The green sleeve Mercury label CS are for the label releases numbered prior to that (#72615).
