Hi guys,

I've been a job-related no-show here for pretty much three years. Anyway, I promised the latest installment of the Strange World series back in 2011 or 2010 and never got around to finish it. Sorry to everybody who asked me about it and possibly never got a reply...
Ok, so here it is. It is moody, so please don't expect any BFTG punkers. All tracks have not appeared on (official) comps before, at least when I last checked, some are on Gyro's comps.
Would be interested in your favorite tracks off #5.
Cover and band info included in the .rar package.

Shouldn't this be a kickstarter type deal? Where do I send my $35? HA!

Wow looks great! Thank you.

I've always had a thing for accordions and I notice that the band pictured on the cover, The Marauders, isn't actually included on the album. Are/were they actually any good?

Very nice stuff indeed – my favorites are by
"The Misfits" and "Nocturnal Day Dream", followed by "The Ithaca's".

I like Vol. V throughout and didn't know many of the songs, so thanks for sharing!

Hi Cptn,
all shiny gems woven to a most beautiful necklace....hard to pick my fav tracks... a part the ones chosen by ShyC, I specially love the up to now lost Keith Everett-track (wonder why?), the Sawers' Tell me Truly, and the moody Tortesian Two's Wind... strangely, all in all vol. 5 sounded more British than American to me...huge thanks for sharing!!!

I think The Midnight Shift take the trophy, but most of the tracks are excellent. Great compilation.
