How rare is this masterpiece? What else is known other than the fact that they were from chattanooga?
Seriously, are there any record stores left in the U.S. where rare records can be found on the cheap. I haven't been in a record store in Sacramento (or anywhere) in over 20 years. But I still do quite well in the wild.Yes, I've been there on two different occasions, but never really found any 45s beyond commonplace titles. It gets hit pretty regularly by visiting collectors and some locals.
It is not known where the group came from. No one in Chattanooga that was involved in the rock music scene heard of them, based upon my legwork visiting that area.
Isn't Nashville a better guess since there are two streets close to each other with familiar names?
Maybe the guys lived in those blocks? Too far fetched?!

do you mean the Expressions, Joey?he only remembered the Reflections
duh???!! Of course...Expressions. You know...that thing you can see yourself in. HA!do you mean the Expressions, Joey?
I've go there everytime I visit Chattanooga which is at least a few times a year. It's rather picked over as Mike said. Chad is a great guy and is a garage collector himself. if you want to hear a story that will either make you laugh or cry, ask him about the guy who found 2 mint copies of the Expressions and left them in the back seat of his car on leather seats one hot Tennessee day. He didn't have the heart to tell the guy what he had destroyed.Did you visit the store 'Chad's' in Chattanooga Mike???... I was in there before I had to catch a Greyhound up the east coast, ran out of time to do any real searching, but it seemed to have stacks of 45s to my recollection.

Is it one of those records the band stands as the writers?
