I don't know how everybody else does it but I would simply upload the file to some webspace and post a link to that. The same way people do it for their blogs (those that do it like chas_kit or nadorozny2001 here).

Upload to divshare.com and it'll give you an HTML code to paste into your auction...but I still say set sale is better. It really is worth it to sell on Facebook, no fees!
