The wildest fuzz song ever produced?

Not much of a song, but some mighty fuzz action. For friends of City Jungle Pt.2 maybe?

The Page Boys was the first thing that sprung to mind + The Cavemen - Its Trash . if the vote was for fuzz guitar solo`s it would be The Trojans Of Evol - Through The Night . do all copies have groove distortion for the break? i think it adds to the already out of character solo, but some may disagree.

I never heard any groove distortion on Trojans Of Evol... it's an incredibly trashy break though - and not very well recorded to say the least (which just adds greatness IMO) so maybe it can sound like groove distortion? Or maybe some copies have it - but there's none on my copy. And there's no groove dist on it on BFTG either as far as I know...

Although pretty mainstream by Garage standards, the best and most unique fuzz sound to me is Davie Allen and The Arrows.

In a garage punk context, I'd have to agree with James, The Trojans of Evol.

My personal favourite fuzz-tone action Is The Plagues - I've Been Through It Before, hence why I did a cover version of said song myself (which can be heard on my webpage haha)

@Mr.Segment:
Why don't we open up the floodgates :)

One of my favourite fuzz sounds is the solo in Piece Kor - All I Want Is My Baby Back. I still remember the first time I heard that song. I didn't see it coming hehe.

I stand corrected, though there are some competition:

"When Will You Come Through" by Lost & Found (who the hell does he get that searing sound on the guitar!?)

"Green Crystal Ties" by Zakary Thak

"The Eagle Never Hunts The Fly" by The Music Machine
